Research Institute of Building Production (NDIBV)Research Institute of Building Production (hereafter referred to as “the NDIBV�) of the State Committee of Ukraine for Construction and Architecture was established in 1947. It is the main multi-profile research center of Ukraine, which focuses on complex science and technology problems of construction industry as follows:

• technology of civil industrial and engineering, building of underground structures and waterworks, production of assembly reinforced concrete parts and structures;
• organization of construction production, organization of management of construction and development of its material technological support;
• identification of technical condition and certification of industrial buildings and constructions in order to secure their safe and reliable operation; activity coordination and development of normative documents therefore;
• mechanization and automation of construction production; certification of mechanization facilities;
• energy-saving in construction;
• economy of construction production;
• prognostics of development of science and technology progress in construction;
• testing and certification of materials, products, expert examination of project documentation;
